Cate Szczepanski is an adjunct faculty member that currently works in the Early Childhood preschool setting in Chico. She has a background in early intervention services in Infant Development and Assertive Community Treatment for children and families in Butte County.
Professor Szczepanski attended Chico State University, Chico and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and Pacific Oaks College for her Master’s Degree in Human Development with an emphasis on Leadership in Education. Additionally, Professor Szczepanski is a Graduate of Butte Fire Academy and has a background in public safety as a Firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician in Tehama County and Southwest Colorado.
We will be using LearnSmart through McGraw-Hill. You will require access to a computer or smart device in order to access the text that is needed for the course. Regular access to Canvas for learning modules, assignments and announcements will also be necessary for success in this course.
